Submission of this form must be received at least two weeks prior to the next event to ensure proper allocation of space. Bazaar space is limited and therefore table space at the WRC-Bazaar will be provided on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Table space is provided for displaying and/or sale of items. World Religions Conference Partner Organizations are entitled to table space at no charge. Other vendors and organizations will be charged $50.00 (administrative costs) for the day.

About the WRC-Bazaar:

Foyer area of the Conference venue will host the WRC bazaar. Traditionally this is the centre of activity during pre-conference, post-conference and conference-breaks social-time. Various religious, theological, social and cultural organizations and vendors use this space at the bazaar to display (and/or sell) artifacts, literature, books and magazines etc.

The organizers of the conference will provide approx. 4’ table space, 1 chair, tablecloth, and a printed organization sign. Please let us know of any special needs like an electrical outlet etc. Conference runs from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and guests start arriving at 9:30 am. Lunch break is approximately 1 hour and coffee break is half hour. At the conclusion, dinner is served in the foyer area, and therefore activity at the foyer area lasts till approximately 7:30 pm.

This is a non-profit event. The $50.00 charge for table space from non-partners is to cover the administrative and rental costs.
